Sweet Simplicity: Goat Cheese Panna Cotta with Old Chandler Strawberries

Nothing tastes more like Spring than creamy goat cheese and the season's first sweet strawberries. Pastry Chef Tom Wellings is offering a goat cheese panna cotta with Chandler strawberries, which are served macerated, churned into a refreshing sorbetto, and also whipped into a strawberry froth.

The Chandler is an old variety of strawberry known for its sweetness and flavor.

In the afternoon our patio is cool under the shade of our striped orange umbrellas. At night you can enjoy festive dining under the stars.

Cool breezes, great food!
