Recipe Corner: El Presidente

Rum gives the El Presidente a rounded smoothness, while white, semi-dry French style vermouth lends earthiness. Cointreau provides the sweet notes, tempered by the tart vibrancy of real grenadine.

1.5 oz El Dorado Light Rum
0.75 oz Dolin Dry Vermouth
0.5 oz Cointreau
0.25 Grenadine

Garnish with a thick lemon twist.
